An intimate holding of you as you deepen into connection with your Soma (body), within a community of belonging.
Once a week for the 2 months we meet in an embodied education style of exploration (8 calls that will be recorded for you only, to dip yourself back into the practices and insights).
The intention is for there to be less to 'do', and, there will be recorded offerings that are optional for you to deepen into each weeks intention such as short video nuggets, Terra Soma (land embodied) Yoga, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and other deep rest practices.
All of the recorded content will be available for life!

“There’s two parts of me, I always say. One that’s running a race, one that’s watching how the leaves move on the trees as the wind blows.
Those two parts came together this morning, merging in a yin class of stillness. My body, ready to run its race. Resisting the invitation to settle. The hardest yoga class I’ve ever been to, not out of physical endurance but out of somatic resistance. My body was shaking, ready to put up a fight. Poses that usually come easy were tense, awkward, sticky. But then I remember, remember that I don’t need to battle this one out. I meet it, surrender to the resistance, the uncomfortable tug of war in my body.
Something Krystal helped me remember. The ease of allowing what’s already there, and the ease came amongst the uncomfortable.
The ease of not choosing a side, or choosing a certain way of being but being with what is. It’s only then that all parts of me are welcomed on the mat, the soft and slow, the fast and free tangled together in a mess of what is.
And I think, this is just one of those moments that Krystal has shown up in my life, after our journey together. I imagine she will continue to show up in my life in experiences as my journey unfolds. Maybe because she helped me see the way home to me, I’ll always remember that.
Funny to think that when I choose to go on this journey for myself, I pictured an end date…
But now, with my overflowing toolbox I’ll continue to navigate life from within. And that has no expiry, Krystal feels like the definition of a gift that keeps giving.”
